Cittopia is a platform that turns cities into measurable, comparable, knowable instruments of collective progress — a free public atlas for citizens, and a paid SaaS for the municipalities that run them.
What is Cittopia? #
Cittopia is two things at once. For citizens, it is a free, beautifully designed open atlas of cities — population, transport, environment, education, jobs and quality of life — drawn from open municipal data and Eurostat's Urban Audit. For municipalities, districts, and regions, it is a tier-aware SaaS workspace that turns those same metrics into action: AI-driven sister-city + cross-region matchmaking, The Pulse composite score, district lenses, project boards, and EU funds pipeline tracking.
